Enghreifftiau o ddatganiadau sy’n blino fi:<\/p>\n

‘Bydd y wefan yma yn gweithio yn iawn efo pobol ifanc ond fydd hen bobol ddim yn iwso fo’.<\/p>\n

‘Iawn os ti eisiau defnyddio YouTube ond bydd yr hen bobol yn ddisgwyl rhywbeth arall fel DVD.’<\/p>\n

‘Dylen ni penodi Gwilym am y busnes blogio \u2019ma yn y cwmni achos mae fe’n ifanc.’<\/p>\n

‘Mae diddordeb mawr gyda fi yn y pwnc ond does dim gobaith o ran y system \u2019ma. Achos dw i’n hen.’<\/em><\/p>\n

Dw i wedi sylwi’r agweddau yma yn aml iawn gyda phobol Cymraeg.<\/p>\n

Siwr, rydyn ni’n gweld straeon am ddefnydd o’r teclyn newyddaf yn y wasg tu allan i Gymraeg o ran y ‘silver surfers’. Oh wow, mae hen bobol yn defnyddio e-bost (tua 1997-2000), blogio (tua 2002-2006), Twitter (tua 2010-2011) achos maen nhw eisiau cyfathrebu fel pobol eraill! QUELLE SURPRISE! (Gweler y darn am oedran yn y llyfr Cognitive Surplus gan Clay Shirky neu cofnod Suw<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Dw i ddim wedi gwneud unrhyw ymchwil go iawn ond dw i wedi clywed enghreifftiau o’r brawddegau uchod, yn Gymraeg yn enwedig, eithaf lot yn diweddar. Y gwir yw:<\/p>\n

  1. Mae pobol sydd ddim yn gyffyrddus\/hyderus gyda thechnoleg gallu bod yn ifanc.<\/li>\n
  2. Ac mae pobol sydd yn gyffyrddus\/hyderus gyda thechnoleg gallu bod yn ‘hen’ (beth bynnag ydy ‘hen’).<\/li>\n
  3. Bydd pobol o bob math yn defnyddio pethau defnyddiol a diddorol os fydd gyda nhw cyfleoedd go iawn.<\/li>\n
  4. Os rydyn ni – a’r wasg – yn tybio bod unrhyw gr\u0175p neu demograffig yn geidwadol neu rhy araf neu tu hwnt i obaith, bydd rhai ohonyn nhw yn mabwysiadu’r ystrydeb i ryw raddau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Rydyn ni’n cyfeirio at manteision pobol dros 50 oed neu 60 oed, sef profiad, straeon, weithiau doethineb. Dylen ni. Ond pa mor aml ydyn ni’n clywed am ymdrechion i ddysgu gyda’n gilydd – fel pobol o bob math gyda’n gilydd?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
